About Us

Our Mission is to provide recourses for individual experiencing homelessness.

We are a nonprofit organization based in Camden County, Georgia, dedicated to helping and supporting homeless individuals to successfully reintegrate into the community. 

In addition, we serve nutritious meals three days a week to help combat hunger. For those seeking to re-enter the workforce, we offer assistance with resume building, job applications, and obtaining vital documents such as IDs, birth certificates, and Social Security cards. We also connect individuals to medical assistance and income-based housing when needed.

Services Offered

Basic Hygiene Needs

Showers with body wash, shampoo, razors, towels, washcloths, lotion, and other essentials. Access to washers and dryers, fully stocked with detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets, ensuring a clean, fresh start.

Workforce Development

Assistance with resume building and job applications, offering personalized guidance to enhance employment opportunities. Support in obtaining vital documents like IDs, and birth certificates.

Nutrition Support

Nutritious meals served three times a week to combat hunger, providing freshly prepared, balanced dishes in a warm, welcoming space that fosters connection, builds community, and ensures everyone feels valued and supported.

Community Resources

We provide comprehensive assistance with medical services, including transportation to doctor visits, counseling sessions, healthcare referrals, and job interviews. Additionally, we offer guidance and support to help individuals secure stable living environments and regain their independence.

Goals and Objectives

Short-Term Goals

Establish a network of community partners to enhance service delivery. Increase awareness of the nonprofit’s services within Camden County. Serve at least 50 individuals per month with hygiene services, meals, and workforce development assistance.

Long-Term Goals

 Expand facilities to accommodate more clients.
 Launch specialized programs for mental health and addiction recovery.
 Advocate for systemic solutions to homelessness within Georgia.
